Scouts
This year's Summer Camp destination is CAMP FREELAND LESLIE, July 10-16, 2016
Parents
I hope that your Scout will be able to camp with us because Boy Scout Summer Camp is a special place, where excitement fills the day, new skills are learned, and new friends are made.
Each Scout must bring with him a current BSA medical form (Class 1 and 2) complete and signed by his physician and parent. No Scout will be allowed to participate in summer camp without this medical form. A blank medical form is attached below for you to complete.
Each Scout 13 years or older may participate in COPE (Challenging Outdoor Personal Experience). Each participate must bring to camp a completed medical information, release agreement, and a pair of long pants in order to partake in this activity.

Leadership:
Our unit is required to have two adults present in camp at all times. Experience has shown that the more adult participation, the better the summer camp experience for all our Scouts. Our unit committee will be meeting on June 20, 2013 7-8pm at the Peoria Scout Service Center (614 NE Madison Ave) Peoria, IL 61603 to prepare a leadership schedule. Please be sure to be represented, so that we can provide the best possible camp experience to our unit.
Yours in Scouting,
Pete
