Pack membership is open to Children from K – 5th Grade.
Lion Scouts - Kindergarten
Tiger Cub— 1st grade
Cub Scout— 2nd and 3rd Grades
Webelos Scout—4th and 5th Grades
1. Complete the information on the application page and sign your name, indicating approval (see attached file below).
3. Please fill out the Annual Health and Medical Record. (See attached file below)
2. Give the completed application and Health forms to the Cubmaster.
